Service, Parts, and Bodyshop are an Essential Service as determined by New York State to guarantee continuing maintenance and repairs of those required to use their motor vehicle during this time of crisis. Online scheduling is best(below) as normal assisting staff is limited. We can still provide assistance and scheduling via phone at 877-552-4728 during the hours of 9am-5pm Monday through Friday 9am-12pm Saturday.

Safety 
Royal is taking all the proper precautions to guarantee the safety of both you and our staff. All of our locations offer ample space in which to ensure proper social distancing measures. Staff will be disinfecting, cleaning and sanitizing all traffic areas at multiple points throughout the day. Royal has mandated that no member of our staff may be at either location if they are experiencing any symptoms. We ask that you take the same precautions.

Sales-Off Site Essential
As mandated by the State, the Sales departments of the Royal Auto Group will not be on site. All Sales inquiries will be handled by off site staff We are equipped to complete almost every part of the sales process via email, phone, and text.
We are currently working towards a contact free vehicle delivery process for the safety of both our staff and customers.
